“Breast Friends “ Christmas Dinner

Thank you to all the ladies that attended our Christmas Dinner, 18 in total. It was lovely to share a meal, drink and chat with everyone. Every lady received one of our special face washers perfectly tied as a BonBon, thank you Lesley for organising these. Amanda generously gifted everyone a Woolworths mini pudding or cake slice which were greatly appreciated, and to complete the evening a small perfectly wrapped gift (If I don’t say so myself) was given out to all. 

The evening showed the true meaning of “Breast Friends”, a group formed to help others and listening to the many conversations around the table the friendships formed within the group and the support given to each other by sharing experiences of their own Breast Cancer journeys together, makes sense of why we have all come together as a group.

On a final note for the year a big thank you to all the ladies that help run “Breast Friends” too many to name individually but you know who you are. A special mention to Lorraine for her role as Facilitator, your time is very much appreciated by all.

Next Meeting will be WEDNESDAY 5thFebruary 2025                                                                                                        

 

Our first meeting back for the year will be a catch up with everyone,so there will be  no Guest Speaker at this meeting
